The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fixing unit for fixing a roof panel to a solar power generation facility and a fixing unit manufactured thereby, capable of preventing rust even after long-term use which is longer than decades in a particular environmental condition, in which a roof is constructed with sandwich panels; and maintaining a substantial fixing state as well as minimizing costs for installation.
