It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel medical chart using multipass hepatocytes (Muse cells) in regenerative medicine. The present invention provides a cell preparation and a medicinal composition for alleviating and treating ischemic reperfusion injury comprising SSEA-3 positive pluripotent hepatocytes isolated from a mesenchymal tissue of a living body or cultured mesenchymal cells. The cell preparation of the present invention is based on a constitution in which a subject having the above-mentioned disease is induced to lung tissue by administering Muse cells to alleviate and cure the disease.
