The present invention relates to a turbulence generating structure expediting liner cooling to improve cooling performance of a transition piece and a combustor for a gas turbine including the same and, specifically, to a liner cooling structure applied to a side of a dual structure comprising a moving sleeve and a linear to cool a duct assembly. Multiple ribs are arranged to protrude from the surface of the liner in an axial direction. A block more protrudes from the rib in the axial direction at fixed intervals, and a cooling hole is installed between the blocks. The turbulence generating structure expediting the liner cooling can avoid falling of the pressure while generating optimal turbulence capable of maximizing a cooling area and stay time on the surface of the liner by using the limited cooling air. Moreover, the turbulence generating structure can generally improve liner cooling efficiency.
