The present invention relates to a turbulence generating structure expediting liner cooling to improve cooling performance of a transition piece and a combustor for a gas turbine including the same and, specifically, to a liner cooling structure applied to a side of a dual structure comprising a moving sleeve and a linear to cool a duct assembly. Multiple ribs are arranged to protrude from the surface of the liner in an axial direction. A block more protrudes from the rib in the axial direction at fixed intervals, and a cooling hole is installed between the blocks. An interval of a first flow path between the ribs adjacent is formed to be wider than the interval of second flow path adjacent to the first flow path. The interval of the first flow path and the interval of the second flow path are repetitively installed in a radial direction, and a turbulence generating unit is installed in order for the compressed air for cooling to be penetrated into the flow path having low pressure. The turbulence generating structure expediting the liner cooling can avoid falling of the pressure while generating optimal turbulence capable of maximizing a cooling area and stay time on the surface of the liner by using the limited cooling air. Moreover, the turbulence generating structure can generally improve liner cooling efficiency.
