The present invention relates to a liquefied gas regasification vessel and an emergency control method thereof and, more specifically, to a liquefied gas regasification vessel which unloads liquefied gas from a liquefied gas carrier to the liquefied gas reliquefaction vessel while being moored in a harbor facility and smoothly copes with an emergency situation, and an emergency control method thereof. According to the present invention, the liquefied gas reliquefaction vessel comprises: a liquefied gas supply facility connected to the liquefied gas carrier to unload liquefied gas from the liquefied gas carrier in ship-to-ship operation; a reliquefaction facility to reliquefy and supply the liquefied gas to a gas demander of the land; a land communication facility connected to the land to transmit/receive a communication signal to/from the land; a vessel communication facility connected to the liquefied gas carrier to transmit/receive a communication signal to/from the liquefied gas carrier; and a control unit including a logic to simultaneously or selectively shut down reliquefaction or unloading, and disconnect a pipe connected to the liquefied gas reliquefaction vessel in accordance with transmission/reception of the communication signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
