The present invention provides a server for managing a secondhand goods transaction, a system and a method for trading secondhand goods online and a device using the same which can solve inconvenience of contacting each seller by enabling integrally contacting the plurality of sellers. The server for managing a secondhand goods transaction comprises: a sales posting management unit collecting secondhand goods information of secondhand goods desired to be sold by a seller from a seller terminal and generating a sales posting based on the collected secondhand goods information; a list provision unit generating a sales list by using the sales posting generated from the sales posting management unit, providing the sales list to a consumer terminal and removing the sales posting, of which a transaction is complete, of the sale posting from the sales list; and a chat room generation unit receiving selection of two or more sales postings at the list provision unit from the consumer terminal and generating a group chat room between the plurality of seller terminals corresponding to the inputted two or more sales postings and the consumer terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
