Disclosed is a rod sensor for measuring slope decay, which comprises: a rod member; an insertion member provided on one end of the rod member and provided on the other end of the rod member; and at least two sensors provided to be separated from the rod member by at least predetermined distance. When an external force is applied to the rod member, the rod sensor compares displacements sensed from the at least two sensors to identify whether a rock fall or slope decay occurred based on a difference in the sensed displacements. According to the present invention, a user can accurately determine whether slope decay occurred due to reservoir collapse or landslide, thereby quickly preventing damage to property or human life and reducing resource waste due to malfunction.
