The present invention relates to a ramjet fuel applied to an extended range sub caliber where a ramjet engine is mounted, which can rapidly actuate the ramjet engine by applying an ignition assisting unit to the solid fuel of a jet engine in the extended range sub caliber on which the ramjet engine is mounted to extend the range of 105 mm, 155 mm and 8-inch howitzer shells or 3-inch and 5-inch naval shells launched for fire support. The present invention provides the ramjet solid fuel applied to the extended range sub caliber where the ramjet engine is mounted to extend the range of shells and is arranged between an inlet and an injection nozzle of the ramjet engine, comprising: a fuel body (10) composed of a ring shaped solid body; and an ignition assisting material with which the fuel body (10) is covered to ignite the fuel body, wherein the fuel body (10) contains: 40-90 wt% of an HTPB fuel; 5-15 wt% of an AP oxidant; 5-15 wt% of first metal particles composed of aluminum (Al) or magnesium (Mg); 0-30 wt% of second metal particles composed of at least one metal among boron (B), boron carbide (B_4C), zirconium (Zr) and zirconium carbide (ZrC); and unavoidable impurities.
