According to the present invention, a geothermal heating and cooling system using collaborative control of a compressor and a pump comprises: a geothermal well provided with a production well inserted into the ground for geothermal heat to be collected on the ground by operation of a geothermal well pump and an injection well in which a heat medium in which geothermal heat is collected returns to the ground; a heat exchanger in which the geothermal heat collected through the geothermal well is exchanged; and a heat pump provided with an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion valve for cooling and heating to be performed through heat supplied through the heat exchanger. In the compressor, a compression capacity is determined in proportion to a load set for cooling or heating.
