Disclosed are a method for reconstructing a three-dimensional ultrasound image and an ultrasound imaging device thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: obtaining a three-dimensional ultrasound echo signal for each channel on a first coordinate system from an object; obtaining a transmission/reception delay time for each channel based on physical location information on a second coordinate system of a target cross section; obtaining a phase value corresponding to the transmission/reception delay time; performing phase-rotation on the three-dimensional ultrasound echo signal based on the phase value to obtain a signal value corresponding to each physical location information on the second coordinate system; and reconstructing an ultrasound image of the target cross section based on the signal value.
