The present invention relates to a distributed facility access control method using a near field wireless signal, which is executed through an application installed in a user wireless terminal having a near field wireless unit for transmitting and receiving a near field wireless signal of a designated standard. The method comprises: a first step in which the application receives and reads a near field wireless signal transmitted through a signal module provided in a designated facility through a near field wireless unit of the wireless terminal, and recognizes signal recognition information including at least one identification information included in the near field wireless signal; a second step in which the application performs a user authentication process of a designated analog recognition method using a user body in connection with a touch screen of the wireless terminal; a third step in which, when an authentication result including the result of authenticating the user through the analog recognition method is confirmed, the application generates history information on facility access of the user by using designated N (N = 2) pieces of information among at least one identification information included in the signal recognition information recognized through the near field wireless signal, at least one identification information stored in a designated storage area of the user wireless terminal, and authentication related information confirmed in the process of authenticating the user in the analog recognition method; and a fourth step in which the application encrypts the generated history information in a designated encryption manner, and stores the encrypted information in a designated storage area. Thus, a hacking attempt is shut off without exposing a facility device to the outside.
