The present invention relates to a cooling bed including a slow cooling cover for improving the structure of a rolled material for a leaf spring. An objective of the present invention is to provide a cooling bed including a slow cooling cover which reduces a cooling rate of a rolled material for a leaf spring in a phase transition zone of the rolled material to reduce martensite structure and induce ferrite or perlite structure. To achieve the objective, the cooling bed including a slow cooling cover for improving the structure of a rolled material for a leaf spring comprises: a cooling bed body which is arranged on a rear end of a hot rolling mill to receive a rolled material for a leaf spring rolled and discharged from the rolling mill, and has a plurality of air flow holes for an air flow; and a slow cooling cover which is arranged on an upper portion of the cooling bed body to be positioned in a zone where a phase transition of the rolled material for a leaf spring occurs to enclose an upper end of the rolled material for a leaf spring to reduce a cooling rate of the rolled material for a leaf spring.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
