The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing feed additives and liquid fertilizers using blood obtained in the process of slaughtering livestock such as cattle, pig, etc., and an apparatus thereof. More specifically, the apparatus comprises a blood storage tank, a blood heating means, a blood compressing means by a filter press, a blood solid drying means, and a solid substance and liquid substance collecting means for separating and collecting solid and liquid substances. The filter press of the blood compressing means is configured to be backwashed by some liquid substances to heat and boil blood of livestock, and thus solid and liquid substances are extracted by being compressed by the filter press in a solidification state, and then the solid substances are dried again and collected as feed additives and the liquid substances are collected as liquid fertilizers. Therefore, feed additives and liquid fertilizers are effectively manufactured at the same time. In particular, the filter press is backwashed by some of the liquid substances collected by the liquid substance collecting means to maintain the functions of the filter press, thereby allowing the filter press to be efficiently used while repeatedly performing the process of manufacturing feed additives and liquid fertilizers using blood.
