The present invention relates to a rubber foam composition having a high strength and a high elongation, and a rubber foam using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the rubber foam composition having a high strength and a high elongation uses rubber-based resin in a high viscosity and functional elastomer as resin composition in order to solve low tensile strength and elongation problems, which is a big disadvantage of a rubber foam, and mixes the same with a proper cross-linking agent and a foaming agent to be manufactured by using chemical crosslink or photo-crosslink, thereby greatly reducing shattering properties and deterioration of air-tightening properties and insulation to be fitted for wide ranges of sectors of construction, architectures, transportation and sports. The rubber foam composition manufactured by the present invention lowers a linear crosslink rates and induces a proper crosslink foam, thereby being used to manufacture a rubber foam which greatly improves flame-retardancy, a tensile strength, and elongation while maintaining a proper foaming rate with an excellent sealed cell structure and a good cell structure. Accordingly, the rubber foam composition having a high strength and a high elongation may be used as insulating materials, soundproof materials and structure materials in wide ranges of insulating, soundproof, structure, toy and assistant materials in a wide range of construction, architecture, transportation (cars, railway, ships), sports and other products.
