The present invention relates to a DC autonomous distribution control system (DC-ADCS) for efficient power transmission and distribution between loads in a micro grid, capable of minimizing economic and social profits, and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the DC-ADCS comprises a control unit, a one-way DC-DC converter, a two-way DC-DC converter, and a standalone DC-AC inverter. Moreover, the operation method comprises the steps of: coupling a DC-ADCS to a plurality of cells; connecting the cell connected with the DC-ADCS to a DC grid; connecting a plurality of cluster DC grids to a main DC grid; and autonomously performing power transmission and distribution by the DC-ADCS.
