Disclosed are a service interlocking apparatus among separated networks, and an apparatus for controlling data among separated networks and a method thereof. The apparatus for controlling data among separated networks according to the present invention comprises: an internal network data receiving unit receiving internal network data to which a label is added by the service interlocking apparatus; a label inspection unit extracting HMAC key information of the internal network data to which the label is added, generating an HMAC value corresponding to the internal network data by using the extracted HMAC key information, and comparing the generated HMAC value to the HMAC value included in the internal network data to perform verification with respect to the HMAC value; a label removing unit removing the label from the internal network data received from the service interlocking apparatus when verification of the HMAC value has succeeded; and an external communication unit transmitting the internal network data from which the label is removed to an external network server.
