The present invention relates to a biodegradable eco-friendly synthetic wood composite, which is eco-friendly and has excellent physical properties, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the processes of: pulverizing a needleleaf tree or broadleaf tree into a size of 20 to 50 mesh; forming a pulverized product from the previous process, as a wood power material; preparing a group of compositions; and molding the compositions as a composite in a die.
