The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a heat exchange pipe, a heat exchange pipe and a heat recovery system using the same which accelerate boiling of a working fluid to reduce thermal resistance to improve performance of a heat exchange pipe. To this end, the manufacturing method of a heat exchange pipe comprises: a space forming step of arranging an insert member in a metal pipe with a hollow space to form a space between the inner surface of the metal pipe and the outer surface of the insert member; a filling step of filling a coating layer forming material including metal particles in the space to form a porous coating layer on the inner surface of the metal pipe; a sintering step of sintering the metal particles filled in the space; and an insert member removal step of removing the insert member arranged in the metal pipe.
