The present invention relates to a device and a method for calculating an exposure equivalent of a plurality of radionuclides for a radiation impact assessment. According to the present invention, a device for calculating an exposure equivalent of a plurality of radionuclides for a radiant impact assessment includes: an exposure dose calculating unit calculating an exposure dose by the plurality of radionuclides per a selected dose factor; a conversion factor calculating unit calculating an exposure dose conversion factor per a nuclide with respect to the plurality of radionuclides based on the exposure dose of the selected representative radionuclide; and a representative radionuclide equivalence conversion rate deducting unit deducting a representative radionuclide equivalence conversion rate based on the exposure dose conversion factor per a nuclide and the core total amount of a target nuclear power plant to regard the same as the exposure equivalent of the plurality of radionuclides.
