The present invention relates to a system for detecting hiding of SQLite data and a method thereof, which can search for a file header, a page, and a record area capable of hiding a SQLite database file and can determine whether the data is hidden. The system for detecting hiding of SQLite data comprises: an input unit receiving an SQLite database file; a parsing unit parsing the SQLite database file; and a modulation inspection unit inspecting the hiding of a header, a page, and a record of the parsed SQLite database file.
