The present invention relates to a personal medical device information model structure using CoAP-based FHIR resources, which comprises: a device which is an IEEE 11073 domain information model (DIM)-based device agent, exchanges measured biometric information with a healthcare sensor device and transmits the measured biometric information; an IEEE 11073 DIM/FHIR gateway which supports protocol conversion of the IEEE 11073 DIM and FHIR, provides additional FHIR messages based on CoAP to support low power/broadband technology, collects 11073 DIM data in the device, maps the 11073 DIM data to FHIR resource content, and generates FHIR resources; a FHIR server which is a healthcare server, supports CoAP and HTTP based FHIR message processing by means of a mounted FHIR protocol stack, manages personal healthcare information and devices and communicates with the IEEE 11073/FHIR gateway; and a hospital information system server which communicates with the FHIR server and is informed about information from the device. Thus, integration between a PHD device and a system is realized, thereby increasing data processing efficiency.
