Disclosed are a marine environment radiation measurement and analysis system and a method thereof. The marine environment radiation measurement and analysis system includes: a first scintillator placed in the upper part of a buoy to measure radiation in the atmosphere; a first photomultiplier converting light generated by the first scintillator into an electric signal by amplifying the light; a second scintillator placed in the lower part of the buoy to analyze nuclides and radiation in the water; and a second photomultiplier converting light generated by the second scintillator into an electric signal by amplifying the light. Accordingly, an organic scintillation detector and an inorganic scintillation detector are combined at the same time to measure radiation in the seawater and atmosphere of the marine environment while determining a nuclide, and since the marine environment radiation measurement and analysis system uses SiPM, the system can have advantages in terms of durability and miniaturization and can avoid damage by a bright light and any influence from a magnetic field. Moreover, since a temperature compensation algorithm is applied, the marine environment radiation measurement and analysis system is capable of stably monitoring radiation on an automatic basis while consuming less power even in a marine environment with a fluctuating temperature.
