Disclosed is a semi-submersible marine structure with a heave reduction device. According to one aspect of the present invention, the semi-submersible marine structure with the heave reduction device, which includes a pontoon, includes: a space unit formed on the pontoon to be vertically opened; a damping plate installed on the space unit so as to be capable of independently performing an up-and-down motion with respect to the pontoon; a support installed on the space unit so that the damping plate is capable of independently performing the up-and-down motion on the space unit; and a damper interposed between the damping plate and the support and dissipating kinetic energy in accordance with the heave the semi-submergible marine structure.
