The present invention relates to: a manufacturing method of a Stauntonia hexaphylla leaf-derived extract or a fractional purified product; the Stauntonia hexaphylla leaf-derived extract or the fractional purified product manufactured by the manufacturing method; and a pharmaceutical composition for anti-inflammation, or promotion of bone tissue formation or cartilage tissue formation, which contains at least one selected from a group consisting of the Stauntonia hexaphylla leaf-derived extract or the fractional purified product, a caffeic acid compound, and a novel flavonoid compound separated from the extract or the fractional purified product as an active component.
