Disclosed are an execution flow information extracting apparatus and method for fuzzing. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an instruction extracting unit extracting CPU instruction information executed by a fuzzing target program; an execution code generating unit generating information on an execution code executed by a CPU from the CPU instruction information; a block information generating unit generating basic block information from at least one of a file and a memory of the fuzzing target program; and an execution flow information generating unit for fuzzing generating execution flow information for fuzzing based on the generated execution code information and basic block information.
