The present invention relates to a microbial control agent for avoiding Spodoptera exigua, which comprises a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and Isaria fumosorosea FG340 (KACC93199P) strain, which is novel microorganism, having a repelling effect on the larva of the Spodoptera exigua and a scattering-avoiding effect on an imago of the Spodoptera exigua. It is useful as the eco-friendly microbial control agent for avoiding Spodoptera exigua due to no environmental pollution and human toxicity.
