The present invention relates to a method for a control system for controlling an Internet of things (IoT) device in a femtocell according to femtocell entry/exit of a terminal. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a tracking area update request message including temporary identifier of the terminal and cell identification information where the terminal is located from the terminal; confirming whether the terminal is entered into the femtocell based on the cell identification information included in the received request message; generating a control signal to control the control target IoT device located in a femtocell region and preset by a home eNode B management system (HeMS), based on terminal entry/exit information including femtocell entry/exit state of the terminal and the terminal entry and terminal unique identification information of the terminal; and transmitting the generated control signal to an integrated femtocell base station which generates the femtocell region of the IoT device.
