The present invention provides a method for manufacturing puffed wild ginseng having increased compound K content and antioxidant efficacy. The method for manufacturing puffed wild ginseng according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: washing and drying the wild ginseng to control moisture content; adding and mixing rice with the wild ginseng having the moisture content controlled; and puffing the mixture.
