According to the present invention, a random binary number sequence generating method using bidirectional mutual clock control comprises: a data acquisition step of two LFSRs (100, 200) interacting with each other and randomly controlling a clock to acquire data; and an output result acquisition step of converting the acquired data into a binary number sequence by a logic circuit unit (300) to generate the binary number sequence, and then acquiring final output result Z_j. Initial values stored in the memory of two LFSRs are changed to random values instead of 0, and then a cache memory storing one bit of each LFSR is used to construct a mutual clock control function. A tap length of the LFSRs affects the number of times of a variable clock. Linear complexity is increased and a period is prolonged by changes in the number of times of the variable clock. When using an encrypted long message to perform a transfer, protection against computer attacks such as attacks using a Berlekamp-Massey algorithm is secured.
