The present invention relates to a column reinforcing structure using a V-shaped steel tie bar, the column reinforcing structure using both a V-shaped steel tie bar and a reinforcing steel tie bar for a prefabricated reinforcement when a conventional column is reinforced using concrete retrofitting, so as to enable concrete to be effectively confined while preventing buckling of a reinforcing main bar without providing cross ties and enable construction to be very quickly and simply carried out. The present invention relates to the column reinforcing structure using a V-shaped steel tie bar providing, at the outer side of the conventional column made from reinforced concrete, a prefabricated reinforcement assembled in advance and pouring the concrete on site, wherein the prefabricated reinforcement comprises: a plurality of reinforcing main bars provided to be spaced from each other in the transverse direction; a plurality of V-shaped steel tie bars bent in a V-shape so as to have a pair of leg parts, wherein the inner side of a bent part comes in close contact with the outer side of the reinforcing main bar and the leg parts are provided to face the surface of the conventional column; and the reinforcing tie bar coupled to the outer sides of the plurality of reinforcing main bars in the transverse direction.
