The present invention relates to a mobile-based shopping mall operation management system which comprises: an operation management proxy server for generating a shopping mall operation management interface screen capable of performing product management, delivery management, and customer service management on a mobile terminal for each shopping mall so as to transmit the generated shopping mall operation management interface screen to a shopping mall seller terminal; the shopping mall seller terminal used by a shopping mall seller selling a product in a plurality of shopping malls and performing product management, delivery management, and customer service management by each of the shopping malls; and a wired/wireless communication network performing wired communication or wireless communication between the operation management proxy server and the shopping mall seller terminal.
