The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multimer producing Chinese cabbage of recombinant protein including immunoglobulin or an immunoglobulin Fc region. The method comprises: a step of manufacturing a first transgenic Chinese cabbage by applying a gene encoding a recombinant protein including immunoglobulin or an immunoglobulin Fc region; a step of manufacturing a second transgenic Chinese cabbage by applying a gene encoding a J chain; and a step of crossbreeding the first transgenic Chinese cabbage and the second transgenic Chinese cabbage. The present invention can manufacture a Chinese cabbage which efficiently produces immunoglobulin-derived recombinant protein including immunoglobulin or an Fc region. When an antibody gene for a cancer cell specific antigen is applied to the present invention, a Chinese cabbage for producing the antibody gene can be manufactured. The present invention is expected to prevent or treat cancer by allowing a patient only to ingest the Chinese cabbage without separate medical administration.
