Disclosed are a liquefied gas storage tank and a ship or a marine structure including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the liquefied gas storage tank, which stores liquefied gas in an interior space, includes a first barrier defining the interior space and having a wrinkle, wherein the wrinkle includes: a first wrinkle positioned below a free surface of the liquefied gas stored in the interior space of the first barrier; and a second wrinkle positioned above the free surface. The first wrinkle has lower pressure-resistant performance and higher flexibility about thermal contraction than the second wrinkle.
