The present invention discloses an automatic ventilation apparatus for a sliding window with easy adjustment of driving wheel tension, which is possible to be constructed and used on any kinds of windows which were already installed, is possible to control the driving wheel tension only by operation of simply rotating a tension adjustment wheel without using a separate tool such as a hexagonal wrench, a spanner or a driver when attaching a driving wheel to a moving window after construction, thereby being easily and conveniently used by anyone.
