The present invention relates to a fermentation liquid composition mixed with Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves for reinforcing attention and concentration, health functional food for reinforcing attention and concentration including the fermentation liquid composition mixed with Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves, a producing method of the fermentation liquid composition mixed with Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves having an attention and concentration reinforcing effect, and fermentation liquid mixed with Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves produced by the method. When taking the fermentation liquid mixed with Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves, the fermentation liquid composition mixed with Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves of the present invention has an attention and concentration reinforcing effect by: increasing a relative beta (RB ) power spectrum in a right side frontal lobe and a left side occipital lobe; increasing a relative high beta (RHB) power spectrum in a middle prefrontal lobe, the right side frontal lobe, and the left side occipital lobe; increasing the ratio of mid beta to theta (RMT) in the left side parietal lobe; and inducing the decrease of a spectral edge frequency to be 50% of alpha spectrum band (ASEF) in a right side temporal lobe, a right side parietal lobe, and a middle parietal lobe. The present invention mixes aged Orostachys japonicus fermentation liquid and pine leaves fermentation liquid after fermenting a mixture of sugar and each of Orostachys japonicus and pine leaves.
