The present invention relates to a method for preparing a foxglove preserved in honey, which has excellent digestibility and sweetness, comprising the steps of: sealing washed crudus; preparing an aged crudus; preparing a mixture obtained by mixing the aged crudus with saccharides; and heating and solidifying the mixture.
