The present invention relates to a marshmallow containing saccharide comprising allulose and gelatin, a method for improving the texture of marshmallow, a method for manufacturing marshmallow, and a method for improving storage of marshmallow. The method for manufacturing marshmallow comprises the steps of: mixing marshmallow containing saccharide comprising allulose and gelatin; and solidifying a mixture of the saccharide containing allulose and gelatin. The method for improving the texture of marshmallow comprises a step of mixing the saccharide containing allulose and gelatin to manufacture marshmallow. The method for improving storage of marshmallow comprises the steps of: mixing saccharide containing allulose and gelatin; and solidifying a mixture of the saccharide containing allulose and gelatin. The marshmallow of the present invention replaces saccharide such as sugars with allulose at a predetermined ratio such that the marshmallow has a low calorie, a moist, soft, elastic texture, and improves moisture preserving properties to increase a storage ability, and is excellent with reduced quality changes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
