The present invention relates to a structure soundness evaluation system comprising: an unmanned aerial apparatus; a visible light camera installed on the unmanned aerial apparatus to photograph a visible light image of a structure; a thermal imaging camera installed on the unmanned aerial apparatus to photograph a thermal image of the structure; and a soundness evaluation unit to determine a crack unit with a crack in the structure from the visible light image photographed by the visible light camera, and analyze crack properties of the crack unit based on the thermal image photographed by the thermal imaging camera for the crack unit.
