The present application discloses a composition and methods related for treating chondrosarcoma and inhibiting recurrence or metastasis of chondrosarcoma through HIF-2α regulation. The composition and methods according to the present application can effectively treat chondrosarcoma, and inhibit recurrence and metastasis of chondrosarcoma, especially dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma, through HIF-2α inhibition in a process of chondrosarcoma development and metastasis.
