The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of hierarchical porous polymers and hierarchical porous polymers manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a step (a) of polymerizing high internal phase emulsion (HIPE) to generate a block copolymer having an aqueous solution droplet connected on an outer phase; a step (b) of removing the aqueous solution droplet to obtain porous polymers having a big porous wall having a structure where macropores are connected; and a step (c) of base-treating the obtained porous polymers to obtain hierarchical porous polymers having a mesopore in the big porous wall three-dimensionally. The hierarchical porous polymers manufactured by the method can control the sizes of macropores and mesopores, and can easily separate polymers having different sizes, thereby being useful in polymer separation field.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
