Disclosed is a listen before talk (LBT) control method based on a long term evolution-license assisted access (LTE-LAA). According to the present invention, an LBT control method allows a Wi-Fi channel and the LTE-LAA to share unlicensed band in a way that maximizes a bandwidth while minimizing mutual interference by adjusting a threshold value adaptively according to an LTE data occupancy rate without fixing the threshold value of a reception signal used for carrier sensing.
