According to the present invention, a biofilter performance evaluating system includes: a performance evaluating chamber to which a plant-based biofilter is fastened; an air conditioning device supplying air for performance evaluation of the biofilter to the performance evaluating chamber; a wind tunnel device for constantly maintaining a physical property of the air supplied to the performance evaluating chamber; and a performance evaluating device using the air supplied to the performance evaluating chamber to evaluate at least one of an air quality improvement performance of the biofilter and an air conditioning performance, wherein the performance evaluating chamber includes a measuring unit measuring condensation of pollutant source gas for evaluating the air quality improvement performance of the biofilter and air pressure for evaluating the air conditioning performance.
