The present invention relates to a biological particle detecting system based on derivation of a design parameter of an optical cell using a multi-wavelength high-brightness super-integrated semiconductor light source unit and, more specifically, to a biological particle detecting system capable of being selectively combined with a specific biological particle through an antigen-antibody reaction using modification of a quartz capillary. The biological particle optical detecting device using the capillary forms a focus on the optical cell by light generated by the light source unit, attaches a silane compound to a capillary wall through a reaction between a hydroxyl group of the capillary positioned inside the optical cell and the input silane compound, and collects the biological particle by fixing an antibody in a linker after connecting the linker in the capillary to the silane compound through the reaction.
