The program is combined with a mobile terminal and stored on a medium to perform a method of restricting use of the mobile terminal, wherein the method of restricting use comprises the steps of: restricting use of the mobile terminal when the use of the mobile terminal violates a use restriction rule; determining whether the mobile terminal receives a contact from the outside while the use of the mobile terminal is restricted; extracting outgoing information from the received contact when the mobile terminal with restricted use receives the contact; determining whether the extracted outgoing information satisfies a contact allowance policy; partially canceling the use restriction of the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can process the received contact when the extracted outgoing information satisfies the contact allowance policy; determining whether the processing of the contact received by the mobile terminal has been completed; and restricting the use of the mobile terminal again when the processing of the received contact is completed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
