The present invention relates to a tumor-specific enzyme sensitive-nanofiber coated gastrointestinal stent for eluting vorinostat, and a method for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of: synthesizing a biodegradable polymer block copolymer by using specifically lysed glycine-phenylalanine-leucine-glycine (GFLG) peptide which is specifically degraded by cathepsin B; and dissolving the biodegradable polymer block copolymer and vorinostat in an organic solvent to form a spinning solution, and discharging the spinning solution to a stent body. Accordingly, vorinostat-contained nanofiber effective in inhibiting histone deacetylase is produced, and then applied to a biliary stent such that the biliary stent is highly usable as a medical device for treating biliary tract cancer occurring in the bile duct, one of the digestive organs in the human body.
