Provided are a movable device and method for non-contact ECG measurement capable of measuring ECG of a user in a non-contact manner when a user moves without limitation of time and space. The device comprises: a sensor measuring an ECG signal; and a processor analyzing the ECG signal detected through the sensor. Accordingly, since ECG of a user may be measured in a non-contact manner when the user moves without limitation of time and space, the convenience of the user and the permanence of information acquisition may be ensured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
