The present invention relates to a system for detecting double-spending generated in a block chain. The system comprises: a branch point search unit for analyzing a structure of a plurality of blocks configuring a block chain to search for a branch point generated in the block chain; a block determination unit for determining first and second blocks forming the searched branch point when the branch point is searched; a double-spending generation determination unit for mutually comparing multiple sets of transaction information included in the first and second blocks to determine whether double-spending is generated in the block chain; and a warning message transmission unit for transmitting a warning message to nodes sharing the plurality of blocks configuring the block chain when the double-spending is generated in the block chain.
