The present invention relates to a method for rearranging a dynamic antenna of a terminal in a massive multi-antenna system, and to an apparatus performing the same. The method comprises: a step of measuring a moving speed of the terminal; a step of rearranging a plurality of antennas into at least one antenna group by corresponding to the moving speed; a step of performing the channel measurement with respect to the plurality of rearranged antennas; and a step of performing data communication with a base station in accordance with the channel measurement result. The step of rearranging the plurality of antennas includes a step of adjusting at least one between a position of the plurality of antennas and a direction angle of the plurality of antennas to physically move the plurality of antennas.
