The present invention provides a carbon dioxide capture device capable of regasifying a liquefied natural gas to a natural gas while collecting carbon dioxide included in flue gas of generation facilities using cold heat of the liquefied natural gas, and a generation system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a carbon dioxide capture device using cold heat of a liquefied natural gas comprises: a first heat exchanger for cooling a refrigerant at a first temperature while heat is exchanged between the refrigerant and the liquefied natural gas; a bypass line for bypassing a portion of the refrigerant, discharged from the first heat exchanger; a second heat exchanger for cooling the refrigerant at a second temperature while heat is exchanged between a portion of the refrigerant, discharged from the first heat exchanger, and the liquefied natural gas; and a collecting cooler for separating carbon dioxide, included in the flue gas, by exchanging heat between a refrigerant, discharged from the second heat exchanger, and the flue gas.
