The present invention relates to a pedestrian warning system, which measures a position of a pedestrian based on received signal strength indication (RSSI) of a beacon received in a pedestrian smartphone, sets a degree of risk in accordance with a distance between the road and a pedestrian, generates a warning signal in front of and behind a pedestrian in a dangerous situation, and generates a warning sound through a warning speaker installed in a vehicle, thereby executing the pedestrian warning for a driver.
