The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive gastric cancer containing antler Ganoderma lucidum extracts and quercetins as active ingredients. Quercetins have the effectiveness of promoting apoptosis of EBV-positive gastric cancer cells, and if mixed with antler Ganoderma lucidum extracts in a low concentration and processed, the effectiveness of apoptosis of EBV-positive gastric cancer cells is greater than that of single treatment. In addition, since the mixing of quercetins and antler Ganoderma lucidum extracts reduces toxicity of quercetins greatly, it is expected that the mixing composition of quercetins and antler Ganoderma lucidum extracts according to the present invention is used as EBV infection disease-specific prevention or treatment drugs.
